Please Read Web Site & and Ordering Information

I hope that you find our new web site easy to use. Customers can now log in, create an account  and save their address details for future orders and create a wish list for future items that are of interest.

We now accept Pay pal direct off the site and you don't have to have a Pay pal account to pay with credit and debit cards.

Please allow a couple of weeks for delivery as nearly all of our products are hand made to order and definately not imported from the Far East like most other craft ingrediants that are on sale everywhere. We do carry a small amount of various stock from time to time so if you have urgent requirements please send us an email and we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Pyrography machines are usually in stock and can be sent out the day following ordering if needed.

All sizes stated are aproximate, absolute accuracy cannot be obtained with natural wood products especially as our products are hand made and hand sanded to dimension in order for a fine finish round the edges.

Unfortunately we do not have retail premises and are strictly mail order but customers can collect their order from our home at a mutually agreed and conveniant time once the order is packed and ready.

If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact me on the contact form or Email.

Our standard postage rate is £5.95 plus VAT which is much less than what it costs us to send your order by carrier up to 20 kilos. Orders over 20 kilos incur no extra cost. We do not charge anything for packaging and handling.

Delivery to the Highlands and offshore Islands has increased dramatically last year so we have had to slightly increase the delivery charge to take account of this.

Please feel free to email me, this is the quickest method of contact as we check our mail often and cant hear the phone when we have machinery running.

You can also send us a text or phone on 07777697133 but this phone is not manned as we cant here it ring whe we have machinery running
